July 14 update: 991 patients died of COVID-19, Central Java is the highest page ever

Jakarta, KOMPAS.com – The number of patients who died due to Covid-19 in Indonesia increased by 991 in the past 24 hours from Tuesday (7/13, 2021) to Wednesday (7/14/2021).

Thus, the total number of patients who have died from Covid-19 is now 69,210.

This information was relayed by the task force dealing with Covid-19 to reporters Wednesday afternoon.

The 991 cases spread to 32 provinces, 3 of which recorded the death of more than 100 people within 24 hours.

The three cases are Central Java with 237 cases, East Java with 234 cases, and West Java with 142 cases.

In addition, the task force also noted that in the same period there were an addition of 54,517 positive cases of Covid-19.

Thus, the number of Covid-19 cases in the country has reached 2,670,046 since the first case was announced on March 2, 2020.

However, the number of patients recovering from Covid-19 also increased by 17,762 people. The total number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19 is now 2,15,7363.
