Dubal Holding appoints Bin Fahd as CEO of the company

The Board of Directors of Dubal Holding announced the appointment of Ahmed Hamad bin Fahad Al Muhairi as CEO of the company, after he held the position of Acting CEO at Dubal.

His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dubal Holding, said that the appointment of Ahmed Hamad bin Fahd as CEO of the company was based on his commendable performance, whether in translating the mission of Dubal Holding into action or his contribution to advancing the company’s interests and successes.

Bin Fahd commented, “I am proud of the confidence of the Chairman and the rest of the Board of Directors. There is no doubt that DUBAL Holding will continue to play an effective role in the industrial development in the region by investing in strategic projects, and those that enhance the value chain in manufacturing industries, and contributing to the Supporting the Dubai Industrial Strategy 2030.
Ahmed Bin Fahd has worked in the field of international investments for two decades, and has deep experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and more. Prior to joining Dubal Holding, Mr. Bin Fahd held several leadership positions including CEO of Istithmar International, Managing Director of Millennium Finance, and Chief Investment Officer at Etisalat International Investments.

Bin Fahd is also a member of the Board of Directors of OSE Industries, the appointed Vice President of the Dubai Waste Treatment Center Project, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Emirates Global Aluminium.
