Dunn County Implements Crisis Standards – Highest Covid-19 Case Number by 2021

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) — The Dunn County Health Department releases another COVID-19 update.

As of November 24, 2021, Dunn County has 508 active cases of COVID-19 and a 7-day average of more than 48 new cases per day, according to the DCHD.

The DCHD is no longer able to follow up on everyone who is positive about COVID-19 and their close contacts. The DCHD must switch to a crisis model for reporting positive cases and tracing contacts from November 24.

The DCHD says that if you have tested positive for COVID-19, stay home and isolate (separate from others) immediately for at least 10 days from the onset of your symptoms or the date you were tested if you have no symptoms.
